All prices on the site are in Euro and include VAT.
Delivery of goods is reserved for customers resident or domiciled in Italy.

Shipping is by POSTE ITALIANE as PIEGO DI LIBRI.
If you wish a different type of shipment, please contact us by e-mail, we will reply and agree on the type of shipment.

The availability of online products is real and prices refer to the single units of product.

A minimum quantity of books is not required for a single order.

Orders are made online, but you can contact us for clarification.
An order is considered completed upon receipt of payment and subsequent confirmation by email from Edizioni Lina Brun.
The customer is obliged to check the Order Copy and to promptly notify us of any errors.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days of receipt (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in general).

For books and ebooks no invoice is made, if you need one, please specify this when ordering via the ‘Notes’ field.

During major holidays (Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, holidays), deliveries may be delayed.
Should the package, upon delivery, show signs of tampering or breakage, the customer shall accept the goods with reservation.

In the event that the goods do not correspond to those ordered, or if a damaged product is delivered, we will cancel the relevant amount or send a replacement product at our expense.

SECURE PAYMENT

All our digital payment methods are secure and certified.

By using PayPal your financial information and credit card details are never shared and you are fully protected throughout the payment process from unauthorised transactions from your account.

By using the Credit Card, your financial information and credit card details are protected by the main encryption certificates used by the international banking system.

We accept payment by Bank Transfer (IBAN

IT33L0304801000000000092 336 account in the name of Brun Lina Banca del Piemonte),

or by Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, Satispay.

Since the administrative regulations do NOT require the issuance of a transport document or a tax receipt or invoice for books, the proof of expenditure is the receipt of payment.

If an invoice is required, it can be requested at the time of ordering, providing the purchaser’s full tax data (tax code or VAT number).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For all legal disputes, pursuant to the laws in force, the place of jurisdiction is Turin.

Prices of published products and offers may vary; Edizioni Lina Brun reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.
In the event that a price has been published incorrectly by mistake, Edizioni Lina Brun reserves the right to forego the sale.

Orders — How they work
Orders are placed by users of the site via the Internet, using the ‘shopping cart’ tool (online).
The shopping cart is a section of the site where selected products are placed and can be accessed at any time to change the quantity of the products or delete them.
Once the order is finalised, you can proceed with payment.
To make the payment, you need to log in and enter your own password.
A few minutes after the order has been sent, the customer will receive a confirmation communication by e-mail, indicating the reference order number and the total amount.

Withdrawal

The customer has the option of exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from receipt of the ordered goods in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/92.
It is mandatory to send the relevant communication by pec to linabrun@pec.it.
The pec must specify the order number and personal data.

Goods subject to withdrawal must be returned intact, without tampering and in their original packaging.
Once the goods have arrived at our warehouse, they will be examined and, after checking their integrity, we will credit the corresponding amount, as provided by law, within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the returned goods.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.

The cost of the return is at the expense of the customer, who is also responsible for shipping.
Edizioni Lina Brun is not liable for any damage occurring during transport or shipping.
If the above-mentioned conditions are not fulfilled, the right of withdrawal automatically lapses.

Any warning after these deadlines will not be taken into account.
